I moved to Arizona in 1998 to make a better life for myself. I attended training at Rainstar University from August 1998 to 2001. I went into massage to help make a difference in others’ lives. I have been a therapist for 20 years and have been with Modern Massage for 8 years now. Modalities I offer include deep tissue, relaxation, reflexology, Lomi Lomi, and prenatal. In the future, I plan to add more modalities that incorporate energy work to help treat the body as a whole.

Hello! I’m Drew, and I have been an LMT since May of 2017. What inspired me to go into massage therapy is the desire to help improve the lives of others. Whether it is increased range of motion, relaxation, or both, my goal is to assist my clients in reaching their desired outcome through the use of different modalities. I’ve studied a range of techniques from therapeutic to relaxation to help my clients find balance during our massage sessions, including training in whiplash, TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction), cupping, and hot stone.

Hi, I have been working for Dr. Scott and Modern Massage for sixteen wonderful years but have been in the business for twenty. I’m an Arizona native and grew up here in Cave Creek. I moved to San Diego in my early twenties and studied massage therapy and holistic bodywork at the International Professional School of Bodywork in Pacific Beach. After moving back to Arizona, I also became a certified Chiropractic Assistant. I am married to my amazing husband, Chris, and have two wonderful daughters, Ella and Ava. I love helping people overcome pain and guide them to a healthy lifestyle. The work I enjoy doing is therapeutic deep tissue, therapeutic relaxation, and trigger point therapy.
We specialize in correcting your body’s misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet.
Even a “minor” crash can result in serious injuries like ligament sprains. This can lead to chronic pain and disability if not treated properly. In fact, research shows that early treatment is the best way to prevent long-term symptoms. Chiropractic adjustments are effective because they help restore the healthy, normal function of your nervous system without the use of drugs or surgery.
Since back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide, it is vital to know how to prevent the cause of back pain. By maintaining a healthy diet and weight, remaining active and avoiding prolonged inactivity or bed rest are all important ways to avoid back pain. Before doing exercises or any physical activity, it is recommended to warm up and/or stretch.
Knee pain is increasingly becoming a more common problem in society. It is a complaint we see frequently. The most common complaint associated with knee pain is considered the normal “wear and tear.” Another ailment that affects the knee is osteoarthritis. The symptoms and progression of osteoarthritis and knee pain can be reduced through our individualized approach to chiropractic care.
The neck, also called the cervical spine, begins at the base of the skull and contains seven small vertebrae. The cervical spine supports the full weight of your head which is on average about 12 pounds. While the cervical spine can move your head in nearly every direction, this flexibility makes the neck very susceptible to pain and injury.
We provide excellent chiropractic care to help our patients reach and exceed their health goals. We assess the patient as a whole.
If you are experiencing pain, we want to help! We are dedicated to helping patients regain pain-free lives.
